Sucre is a collaboration between famed eyewear designer, Selima Salaun, and veteran buyer Candace Mohr. Known for discovering new designers long before they become household names, Candace brings an eclectic mix of independent, up-and-coming designers to Sucre alongside Selima’s collection of statement making vintage jewelry and eyewear. Located in the heart of the West Village, Sucre is stocked with designers including Jovovich Hawk, Sea, Ingwa Melero, and a host of up-and-comers along with accessories collections by Lulu Frost, Thea Grant, Lisa Levine and Wendy Nichol. You will also find rock n’ roll inspired hats from UK designer Victoria Grant and handbags from Galliano’s muse, Greta Cavazonni. Selima’s colorful frames anchor the ‘best of the best’ sunglass selection which ranges from established brands like Tom Ford and Balenciaga to hard-to-find lines Ksubi and Super. Sucre's high end meets hip look fits right into the now progressive neighborhood of fashion's most coveted "Bleecker Street cluster", where shopping has an lovely nostalgic feel hard to find anywhere else in New York City.
