Emmelle is a designer suit collection that engages fluid lines and unique fabrics in innovative silhouettes. What defines an Emmelle customer defies classification. A Confident presence. Emmelle has been in business since 1982. Presently there are three retail locations in Manhattan with the flagship on Madison Avenue.
In 2004, wholesale division was successfully launched with Micro Crepe suiting. For 2007, we are presenting 3 collections with a variety of exclusive fabrics from Japan, France and Italy. It will encompass suiting, novelty and evening.

Designer Mi Jong Lee was raised in Asia, Europe and Latin America. She received a Bachelor of Science Cum Laude in Social Theories from Cornell University. She went on to pursue fashion design at Parsons School of Design before opening her business in 1982.
